Terms and Conditions for KCS Distributors
1. Overview of Products and Services
KCS Distributors is a distinguished business in the Vape industry, offering a wide range premium disposable vape products to retailers.
•All goods are sold on a wholesale basis and intended for resale by the purchaser.
•By placing an order with KCS Distributors, the client agrees to the terms outlined below.
2. Payment and Shipment:
2.1. Payment Terms
•Orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
•Immediate payments are prioritised and attended to first.
•Proof of payment must be sent and cleared in our account before any dispatch is made.
2.2. Order Processing
•Orders are only processed once payment reflects in our bank account.
•Stock is not reserved until payment is received.
2.3. Delivery
•KCS Distributors makes use of third-party couriers and cannot be held responsible for delays once orders are dispatched.
•Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on region and courier capacity.
2.4. Pricing & Availability
•All pricing is subject to change without prior notice based on supplier adjustments, availability, and exchange rates.
•All orders are subject to stock availability at the time of order confirmation and payment.
3. Order Processing Time:
Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be shipped out on the same day, provided that payment has cleared by 2:00 PM. Orders received after this cutoff time will be processed and shipped out on the following business day.
4. No Returns or Refunds on Disposable Vapes:
Due to the nature of disposable vapes, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for these products. We encourage our clients to review their orders carefully before finalizing.
5. Faulty Products Policy:
5.2. Definition of Faulty Devices
We define a faulty device as one that:
• Is leaking inside the sealed packet, or
• Is dead on arrival (DOA) – i.e. does not work at first use.
5.3. Reporting Period
• Faulty devices must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.
• Reports submitted outside of this period will not be eligible for credit or replacement.
5.4. Return Requirement
• It is the client’s responsibility to return all faulty devices to KCS Distributors for inspection.
• No credit or replacement will be processed unless the device is returned and verified as faulty.
• Returned items must include the batch number and a brief fault description.
5.5. Credit & Replacement Policy
• Verified faulty devices will be issued as replacement stock or store credit only.
• Refunds are not provided under any circumstance.
• Credits must be used on future purchases and will not be converted into cash.
5.6. Storage & Handling
• KCS Distributors cannot be held liable for devices damaged due to improper storage, mishandling, heat, or exposure after delivery.
• Faults caused by external factors will not be eligible for return or credit.
5.7. Cancellation Policy:
In the event that an order is no longer required, the order may be cancelled without fees or charges up until it has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped it will no longer be a cancellation but a refund/return and only accepted on a case by case basis with a restocking fee of 15% applied.
6. Customer Privacy policy
KCS Distributors shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal
information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be accessed on:

7. Payment options accepted
• Payment may be made via bank transfer into the KCS Distributors bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
• Please note that we do not accept cash deposits. If a cash deposit is made, please be aware that there will be a charge of R100 as a deposit fee.
8. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is
South African Rand (ZAR).
9. Responsibility
KCS Distributors takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website,
customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
10. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and KCS Distributors chooses as its domiciliumcitandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature 41 Willem Road, Eldoraigne, Centurion.
11. Variation
KCS Distributors may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
